About the Position :
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling services, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Process new service requests, order changes, and special pick-up scheduling
Generate sales leads and provide customers with information on available services
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues
Assist customers with billing inquiries and process credit card payments
Record all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date account information in company systems
Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery
