About The Position

Special Requirements : MS / Tele, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, IV insulin protocols, Feeding tube care and management, Blood Product Administration, Peripheral Line Care / Management, Heparin Protocols, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, PCA, Ortho trauma, Total Joint Replacements, Chest tubes-Emerson / Pleur-evac, External CPAP / BIPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Tracheostomy Management, Wound Care / Wound Vac

Patient Diagnosis : osteoarthritis of any joints, fractures of any bones

Epic Preferred

Scrub Color : Any combo of navy and white

Charting : Epic

Details :

Position / Specialty : MS / Tele RN

Ratios : Normal Ratios for med / surg, Day and Eve 5 : 1, Nights 6 or 7 : 1.

• Stretch Ratios for Med / Surg Day / Eve 6 / 7 : 1 Nights 9-10 : 1
• Facility have PCT’s on all units that do vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKG’s and any sort of activity of daily living
• Facility have an in-house phlebotomy team that does all peripheral lab draws nursing is responsible for PICC lines and central lines
