Laboratory Supervisor UF Health Leesburg Hospital

Location : Leesburg, FL

UF Health Leesburg Hospital is hiring an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to lead daily operations in our hospital lab. This role is perfect for a licensed Florida Laboratory Professional ready to take their career to the next level in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

What Youll Do :

Supervise day-to-day lab operations
Ensure accurate, timely test results
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and hospital teams
Support policy, procedure, and quality improvements
Lead and mentor lab staff

What Were Looking For :

Bachelors degree Required

State of Florida Laboratory Personnel (TN) license Required

State of Florida Supervisor (SU) license Preferred

5+ years of lab experience (hospital / healthcare preferred)

Strong leadership & communication skills
