SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified EW Systems Engineer

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

Job Summary

SEACORP is seeking an EW Systems Engineer. This position will provide system engineering support to Electronic Warfare manned and unmanned programs.

Responsibilities

  • Support system / subsystem design, development, integration, test and demonstration activities for EW systems.
  • Develop system / subsystem requirements, perform requirements analysis, derive requirements, and support System Requirements Review (SRR).
  • Support system level design, design reviews, develop system requirements traceability, and participate in Configuration Control Board meetings to establish hardware / software defect issue priorities.
  • Review Technical Data Packages (TDP) in support of TEMPALTs and SHIPALTs.
  • Review drawings, schematics and Interface Control Drawings (ICDs).
  • Review system Space, Weight and Power (SWaP).
  • Review shipboard installation plans and drawings.
  • Coordinate installation on platform.
  • Integration and test plan development.
  • Review system level test procedures.
  • Support Test Readiness Reviews.
  • Coordinate test events in laboratories and on-board platforms.
  • Oversee platform integration and installation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Discipline or Master's Degree in an Engineering Discipline.
  • 8-10 years of experience in relevant roles.
  • Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Minimal travel required.
  • As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship.
