Job Title
General Duties & Responsibilities :
- Communicate effectively to all levels of employees from executive to new employees
- Conduct task analysis in order to create and / or validate Standard Operating Procedures for training purposes
- Conduct, support, and facilitate New Hire Orientations (NHOs)
- Conduct and / or coordinate personal / professional improvement training courses using a learner-centered approach
- Create and maintain a system to record training completion, cross-training effectiveness, and employee knowledge and skills
- Attend and add value to Fulfillment, Manufacturing, or Distribution Center Management Team meetings
- Observe and evaluate training programs / individual trainers and team leaders to make recommendations to improve training efficiency and effectiveness
- Work across various shifts and times during peak season hours (including day & night shifts)
- Ability to work with and train a diverse workforce
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership
Educational Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent requiredGeneral Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Bi-lingual in Spanish / English is requiredProficient in computer usage, e-mail, Microsoft Office SuiteUnderstanding of Fulfillment / Manufacturing processes and flowExcellent organizational skills, attention to detailStrong leadership and communication skillsSituational leadership experience and knowledgePresentation skills and comfortable speaking in a classroom and tour environment6-12 months of facilitating adult learning theories and effective training principles (preferred)6-12 months of previous experience of training or technical writing experience (preferred)Working Conditions :
This job requires the candidate to work and facilitate in a warehouse environmentPhysical Conditions :
Must be able to stand 6 to 8 hours per day.May be expected to walk 5 to 10 miles per day.Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
