Job Summary :
The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role supports the management team by supervising staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth coordination between the front and back of house. The Floor Supervisor leads by example, providing guidance, training, and support to the team while handling guest concerns with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise daily floor operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house staff during service.
Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues promptly and effectively.
Assist in staff training, onboarding, and ongoing development.
Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
Assist with shift planning, table assignments, and staff scheduling as needed.
Handle cash, payments, and basic administrative tasks when required.
Uphold company policies, service standards, and brand values.
Qualifications & Skills :
Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
