A company is looking for a Senior Customer Technical Program Manager for Data Center Quality and Sustaining activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate Data Center Quality and Sustaining activities supporting OEMs / ODMs for large Cloud Service Providers
Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Assurance and Sustaining Strategy in alignment with business and user experience objectives
Establish and uphold quality standards and procedures for Data Center System Deployment and Continuation actions
Required Qualifications
BS / MS / PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
Over 8+ years of experience in Customer Program Management at executive leadership levels
Strong leadership skills in managing high-profile Customer Escalations across various teams
Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) following industry standards
Technical knowledge of Data Center Infrastructure and experience with HW / SW systems integration
