Palm Beach Diabetes & Endocrine Specialists (PBDES), a physician-led practice with 17 providers and 100 employees across four offices, seeks an experienced Medical Practice Administrator to oversee operations, finance, and staff development.

Founded in 1984, PBDES is a trusted leader in diabetes and endocrine care, offering an ADA-accredited education program, advanced lab services, and integrated research.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor administrative and clinical teams across all sites.
• Oversee HR functions including staffing, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Manage financial operations — budgeting, revenue cycle, A / R, A / P, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with physicians on forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, ADA, CMS) and safety oversight.
• Enhance patient experience through efficient scheduling, call center, and front-office operations.
• Lead marketing and outreach to strengthen referral and community relationships.
• Support strategic growth, technology integration, and operational improvements.

What You Bring

Preferred : MBA / MHA / MGA; bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or finance
