The ideal Sous Chef will have experience within a similar role. You should have a head full of ideas for new specials and work alongside your team to ensure customer satisfaction at all times. You will support the Head Chef day-to-day, however, you should feel confident in their absence. It is imperative that you encourage your junior chefs to progress in their careers and broaden their skill-sets.

On offer for the successful Sous Chef is a healthy salary of £28,000 plus tips, not to mention the endless progression opportunities available within this excellent company.
