What You'll Do

Work with EWIS design and manufacturing teams to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close out EWIS projects, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop and manage project schedules.

Prepare project documentation including briefs and reports.

Manage and track compliance with EWIS requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Effectively communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to internal and external stakeholders.

Address and resolve conflicts and issues as they arise within the project team and with stakeholders.

Coordination of ordering of parts and materials for in-house wire harness builds.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Relevant experience in EWIS design, build, and integration
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
• Ability to manage changes in scope, requirements, and schedules.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical and project-related challenges
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Compensation and Benefits :

US Salary Range $120,000 - $213,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations.
