Head Of Talent
We are looking for a Head of Talent, who will report directly to Varun Anand, Co-founder & Head of Operations. This role will serve as the leader responsible for building and developing the strategy, design, and execution of our recruiting / talent function. The talent team today is 10 people and will be much larger in the near future.
A successful candidate will have experience building and scaling core and innovative programs to hire and measure talent success across all business areas, within a highly competitive talent market. This person will excel at both the art and science of recruiting. They will care deeply about finding and hiring the best talent and also have the ability to scale and apply operational rigor to the function as Clay rapidly grows.

Scale the Company
- Lead hiring efforts as we rapidly grow headcount
- Build out a predictable recruiting function to help fuel hiring across the company
- Ensure we are hiring not only great talent but great fits for Clay

Build out the current recruiting team and lead the headcount planning, vision & strategy needed to achieve business targetsBring on a team of talent professionals that are aligned to Clay's culture and focused on achieving business resultsHelp Develop Clay into a Top Employer Brand

Bring a strategic approach to identifying, attracting and hiring great talent. Build out programs and approaches that proactively map out and nurture top talent.Lead a team that cares deeply about talent densityBring creative ideas and strategies to Clay that surface hard to find and non obvious talent.
