The Dabney is a restaurant from Chef Jeremiah Langhorne's Washington City Hospitality Group, featuring Mid-Atlantic cuisine cooked in a wood burning hearth. The Dabney opened in 2015 and has been recognized by the James Beard Foundation (Best Chef : Mid-Atlantic, 2018), the Michelin Guide (One Star 2017-present), Washingtonian Magazine's No. 1 Restaurant (2023), along with accolades from Food & Wine and Bon Appetit.

Requirements include :

• Minimum 2 years experience in a serving role (fine dining preferred)
• Enthusiasm for hospitality
• A positive attitude towards fellow employees and a love for working in a team environment
• Food, wine and spirits knowledge and a desire to learn
• A personal interest in quality, regional, and sustainable food
• Flexible schedule

The Dabney offers health care benefits and is closed for the following holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and The New Year. The restaurant is additionally always closed Sunday and Monday offering a nicely structured schedule for employees.
