Job Details :

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and dedicated Permanent Senior Superintendent to join our construction team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the construction of mission-critical facilities, including data centers and office buildings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, data center operations, and construction management. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, capable of delivering projects on time and within budget, while ensuring the highest level of safety and quality standards. Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all stages of project life cycle management, including initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.
  • Provide expert knowledge and guidance on MEP installations, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.
  • Manage the construction of mission-critical facilities, such as data centers and office buildings.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Lead the on-site construction team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and present project updates to senior management, demonstrating a thorough understanding of project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all construction activities align with environmental and industry regulations.

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in managing the construction of mission-critical facilities, such as data centers and office buildings.
  • In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and data center operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards successful project completion.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make effective decisions under pressure.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or related fields would be an advantage.
  • A strong commitment to safety, with the ability to foster a culture of safety within the team.
