Superintendent (Electrical Construction)

A leading national electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the delivery of large-scale, high-profile electrical projects . This is an opportunity to join a well-established business with decades of success and a reputation for innovation, safety, and employee empowerment.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget , while leading and inspiring a team of 15+ electricians. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities .

What You’ll Do

Drive safety and compliance across all field activities
Lead project execution including labor, materials, subcontractors, and logistics
Track budgets, forecasts, productivity, and quality metrics
Oversee and mentor field personnel, ensuring professional growth and high performance
Partner with internal support teams (prefabrication, purchasing, finance) to maximize efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Licensed Journeyman or equivalent trade certification (asset)

Strong track record of delivering projects on time and to the highest safety standards

Leadership ability to guide and motivate crews in dynamic environments

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

Knowledge of building codes and construction best practices
