Description :

This position involves working in an acute care rehab setting as a Speech Language Pathologist.

The responsibilities include performing assessments and interventions for patients with speech and swallowing disorders.

The candidate must be capable of independently conducting Modified Barium Swallow studies (MBS) and Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES).

The role requires the SLP to provide a minimum of eight treatments within an 8-hour shift.

Effective communication and collaboration with other healthcare professionals are essential for successful patient outcomes.

Strong clinical skills and the ability to assess and treat a variety of speech and language disorders are required.
