Responsibilities
Perform intake assessmentsProvide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and childrenCreate individualized treatment plans for each clientUse evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatmentsMaintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment planAdhere to all facility and licensing standardsQualifications
Masters degree in psychology, counseling, or social workCurrent and unrestricted license as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in CaliforniaPrevious experience as a mental health therapist preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized and professionalCompassionate and caring demeanorAbility to build rapport with clientsFlexible work from home options available.
