Career Level : Senior

Salary Range : $79,800 – $119,800

We’re seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Senior Agronomy Sales Representative based in Loomis, Nebraska, with onsite responsibilities in Holdrege. If you're a motivated self-starter with a passion for agriculture, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Agronomy sales experience (absolute must)

About the Role

You will work directly with farmers, ranchers, and producers to promote crop protection, crop nutrients, seed products, and other essential services. Your focus will be on delivering impactful on-the-farm sales presentations that support the success of our local agricultural community.

  • Strong mathematical aptitude
  • Ability to formulate precise fertilizer and chemical applications
  • Proactive sales and customer service approach
  • Experience leading organizational change initiatives
  • Comfort with adopting and integrating new technologies

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop supplier relationships and regional supply strategies
  • Forecast monthly and annual supply requirements
  • Manage P&L for assigned territory
  • Prospect new customers and execute sales programs
  • Build long-term relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals
  • Create and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate across divisions to grow enterprise value
  • Demonstrate cross-selling success across product lines
  • Apply structured sales cycles to achieve targeted results
  • Promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety protocols
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 4+ years in sales, business development, or related experience

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, or related field
  • Outside sales experience with presentations and negotiation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
