Job Description

Manage all phases of luxury custom home construction projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.

Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Coordinate procurement of materials and manage relationships with vendors.

Ensure compliance with all building codes, permits, and safety regulations.

Provide regular updates to clients, addressing concerns and maintaining strong communication.

Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals efficiently.

Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
