Manager of Training Systems

A company is looking for a Manager of Enablement & Training Systems to lead global training programs and manage learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the strategy and optimization of the Docebo LMS for various stakeholders

Build and lead processes for LMS administration, user support, and program operations

Measure global enablement KPIs and design executive dashboards for performance tracking

Required Qualifications

8+ years in enablement, learning operations, or related fields

3+ years managing teams in a fast-paced environment

Deep experience with LMS platforms, ideally Docebo

Strong project management skills and familiarity with agile methodologies

Data-driven mindset with fluency in dashboards and analytics
