Job Summary : The position of International Officer is charged with creating long-term value to IBC through customer and community interaction. This position is responsible for developing and retaining relationships, within bank policies and guidelines, with both international and domestic customers, and when appropriate introduces customers to IBC specialists who can assist with specific financial needs. Engages new and existing clients in the collection of information and documentation to complete due diligence. Through community involvement, the employee should establish a network of public and private sector leads to create opportunities for the bank and community.

Essential Job Functions

Sales :

• Identifies and establishes relationships with prospective domestic and international customers.
• Strengthens existing customer relationships by assessing their needs and recommending products and / or services to meet those needs in order to grow the deposit and loan portfolios.
• Meets with customers to resolve any problems or complaints.
• Additional duties may include approving wire transfers, preparing and / or updating performance-related reports.
