Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Connect with current and potential clients in a personable manner, addressing their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.
Product Knowledge : Stay well-versed in Allstate's array of insurance products to effectively answer queries and provide recommendations.
Lead Generation : Proactively reach out to prospective clients through various channels to generate new business opportunities.
Policy Customization : Analyze clients' needs to design and offer insurance plans that fit their unique requirements.
Achievement of Sales Goals : Meet or exceed individual and company sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Compliance : Ensure all sales activities comply with insurance regulations and company policies.
Process customer policy change requests.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Take premium payments from customers.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Generating insurance quotes.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personalgoals.
Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Handle customer renewals.
Requirements
Licensing : Must possess a valid Georgia Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Experience : Proven experience in insurance sales or a related customer service field is highly valued.
Communication : Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-Centric : Strong commitment to providing outstanding personal service and building lasting client relationships.
Driven : Highly motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
