We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. We are a scratch kitchen that only uses recipes that were carefully created by our concept chef. Candidates must possess a high degree of skill, a passion for the restaurant & hospitality industry, and a commitment to the guest experience.
This is a full time Executive Chef position with benefits that requires nights and weekends, averaging 50-60 hours a week. Every Friday and Saturday night, we turn into a Latin nightclub from 11pm-3am, but the chefs are usually finished no later than midnight.
Management experience in a high-volume establishment is preferred. We look for strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to train and develop staff, and a positive attitude.
