The Equipment And Provisioning Coordinator ensures KR Wolfe's field teams are fully equipped and ready to perform. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role manages new hire kits, tracks tools and equipment, coordinates repairs and replacements, and maintains accurate inventory. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and collaborativesupporting operational efficiency and team readiness across all projects.

Key responsibilities include :

• Assemble and ship tool, equipment, and technology kits for new field staff; coordinate with HR to meet onboarding timelines.
• Maintain accurate records in QuickBase, conduct regular audits, and report shortages or issues.
• Process returns from exiting employees, oversee repairs, calibrations, and replacements with vendors.
• Partner with Procurement and Logistics to restock inventory, distribute materials nationwide, and improve efficiency.
• Ensure all provisioning aligns with company standards, safety, and SPIRIT / QUEST values.
