What you'll do in your role

  • Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
  • Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
  • Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store functions, from sales and inventory to new store programs and initiatives.
  • Lead by example, selling to find personalized solutions beyond the basic device and service plan, including accessories and Internet of Things (IoT) devices.
  • Maintain the store's presentation and operations to be at its best.

Qualifications & Ideal Candidate

  • Leadership with competitive drive and the confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to lead a team, share best practices, and provide customer resolutions.
  • Experience with operational, financial, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Prior wireless sales experience.

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to stand for long periods
