Finishing Laborer : Sterling , I llinois

Our customer in Sterling, Illinois is the leading manufacturer in their field. It is their goal to provide their customers with the highest quality production on the market. They are seeking motivated individuals to join their growing team as a Finishing Laborer on 3rd shift.

Responsibilities of the Finishing Laborer :

  • Cross-train in shipping, shot blast, and paint booth operations.
  • Assist with the assembly of products based on specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor product quality to ensure standards are met.

Finishing Laborer Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Strong work ethic with a focus on reliability and punctuality.
  • Basic math skills to perform measurements and calculations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints for product assembly.
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring tools.
  • Familiarity with machinery and basic maintenance procedures.
  • Steel-toe shoes.

    • Pay for Finishing Laborer : Starting at $23 / hour.
