We're looking for a dedicated and analytical Demand & Supply Analyst, to join our Advanced Electric Vehicle (EV) MP&L team! In this crucial role, you'll be the bridge between anticipating customer needs and ensuring we have the right products available, at the right time and place. You'll be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts and translating those forecasts into feasible supply plans. This involves collaborating closely with sales, marketing, finance, procurement, and operations teams to balance inventory levels, meet service level targets, and optimize supply chain efficiency. Responsibilities
What you'll do
Qualifications You'll Have...
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ Years of experience
Even Better, You May Have...
Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or APICS CPIM certification is a plus.
5+ years of experience in a demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, or related supply chain role.
MP&L Plant Operations Experience
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile)
Experience working with Kinaxis APS, E2Open, SAP S4 Hana.
Automotive industry experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and managing cross-functional projects.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
