About the Role :  Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Support Professionals to provide care for an individual with intellectual disabilities in the Mooresville area. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the individual's needs are met and providing a safe and supportive environment both in the home and the community.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide one-on-one support, assistance, and companionship.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community.
  • Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere.
  • Follow agency policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
