Job Responsibilities
Understand and implement the dealership's sales process.
Manage every aspect of the sales process, from prospecting to vehicle delivery.
Present and demonstrate inventory effectively.
Review, update, and manage daily inventory reports.
Create and execute strategies to increase market share.
Prepare and review monthly sales plans with leadership.
Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly unit sales targets.
Stay updated on products, market trends, and certifications.
Be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Education and Experience
Previous sales experience, education, and training are advantageous.
