Optimus Property Management, Inc. is expanding our dynamic team with a Traveling Leasing Agent role — ideal for an ambitious self-starter passionate about real estate and customer service. This is a unique opportunity to work across a portfolio of residential properties, playing a vital role in our leasing success while preparing for fast-track advancement into a Management position within 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of Optimus at multiple properties, delivering best-in-class leasing experiences
- Travel between properties based on daily assignments and leasing needs
- Conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and follow up with prospects
- Prepare and process lease applications, renewals, and move-in paperwork
- Maintain accurate records and reports of leasing activity and market trends
- Collaborate with the property and maintenance teams to ensure apartment readiness and community appeal
- Support marketing efforts through outreach, social media, and local networking
