What You'll Do :
- Provide direct care to residents based on individualized care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, feeding, toileting, and hygiene
- Support residents in maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life
- Accurately document care, changes in condition, and resident interactions
- Promote resident rights, comfort, and safety in every interaction
- Collaborate with the nursing team to observe, report, and respond to changes in resident condition
What You Bring :
High school diploma or equivalent; functional literacy requiredCompletion of a PA state-approved CNA training and competency programActive listing on the PA Nurse Aide Registry, free of abuse / misconduct findingsMinimum of 2 years experience providing personal care; long-term care preferredPatience, empathy, and professionalism in a team environmentPhysical & Environmental Requirements :
