As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence and routine patrols will contribute to a positive atmosphere while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. What Youll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Monitor access points and assist with visitor management as required.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members.

Document and report any security-related incidents or concerns according to site protocols.

Remain alert to changes in the environment and adapt to evolving situations as necessary.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
