Job Description

We’re seeking a Digital Designer who will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our campaigns, promotions, and brand materials across digital channels. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring a dynamic "can-do" attitude, and are passionate about creating high-quality designs that resonate with audiences. You'll work closely with our marketing teams—including CRM, growth, web, and social media—to bring our brand vision to life through compelling visuals.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute digital assets, including web designs, email campaigns, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts that align with business goals and maintain brand consistency.
  • Translate creative briefs into impactful designs that meet strategic objectives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to keep our creative output innovative and relevant.
  • Assist with art direction and support photo / video production efforts as needed.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to freelance designers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries is highly preferred.
  • 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, with expertise in digital design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with web design tools like Figma and Sketch.
  • Strong grasp of design principles, including typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and balance.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to share design concepts with stakeholders.
  • Portfolio showcasing diverse, high-quality digital designs.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while managing deadlines. A collaborative, optimistic spirit that thrives on feedback and continuous improvement.

    The base pay range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000, with the following factors determining the base pay at offer : skills, qualifications, experience. This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Additionally, this role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
