Shift : 6 : 45 PM - 7 : 15 AM | 12-hour shifts | Part-Time | On-Site

Overview :

Carroll Hospital is seeking a skilled and adaptable Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team . This is a premium opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to work across a variety of inpatient units. The Float Pool RN will be expected to provide high-quality, evidence-based care while floating between Med-Surg, IMC, PCU, CCU, and the Emergency Department based on staffing needs.

• Utilize sound clinical reasoning, critical thinking, and decision-making
• Apply evidence-based practice and situational learning in patient care
• Accurately assess and document patient condition, pain, and comfort measures
• Develop individualized plans of care, discharge planning, and educational support
