About the Company :

We're Psychiatric and Psychological Specialties (PPS) – a modern practice that values both contemporary and traditional approaches to mental health. Our team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and counselors is committed to providing comprehensive care that addresses root causes rather than just managing symptoms. While we have physical offices in Southwestern Michigan and Chicago, we embrace the digital age as a primarily telehealth practice.

About the Role :

At Psychiatric and Psychological Specialties (PPS), assessment is central to how we serve our clients. Our psychiatrists require formal testing before prescribing stimulant medications, making your evaluations essential for ethical ADHD treatment and integrated, person-centered care. We’re hiring a Remote Assessment Psychologist or Neuropsychologist who shares our commitment to supporting neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD, learning differences, or complex diagnostic presentations. Your work will shape treatment paths, improve lives, and empower clients to understand their unique cognitive and emotional strengths.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct ADHD evaluations to support psychiatric prescribing, coaching, and therapy
  • Write concise, collaborative, and patient-focused reports that are designed to guide treatment and be understood by non-psychologists
  • Work closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and ADHD coaches to develop effective, integrated care plans
  • Expand services in areas aligned with your interests (e.g., learning disabilities, autism, trauma, personality assessment)
  • Optional : Engage in supervision, training, or program development as your role grows

Qualifications :

  • Licensed or license-eligible psychologist in Michigan (Illinois license a plus)
  • Required Skills :

  • Skilled in ADHD assessment, differential diagnosis, and writing actionable, readable reports
  • Familiarity with common tools (e.g., WAIS, CPT, D-KEFS, BASC, CAARS, etc.)
  • Comfortable working with neurodivergent teens or adults
  • Strong communicator, collaborative team member, and culturally competent clinician
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Bonus : Experience or interest in learning disability evaluations, autism, or personality testing
  • Compensation :

  • Part-Time 1099 Contractor
  • $70,000–$90,000 / year for typical part-time caseloads (in line with Michigan averages)
  • Up to $170,000+ / year for high-volume clinicians (30+ billable hours / week)
  • Fully remote, create your own schedule
  • Option to grow into full-time salaried W2 employee with full benefits
  • Equal Opportunity Statement :

We proudly serve diverse, neurodivergent communities—and are actively building a team that reflects and respects that diversity. Applicants from all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences are encouraged to apply.
