Amazing opportunity for a Financial Analyst!

We are seeking a talented Financial Analyst who will support the preparation of short-term forecasting and long-term planning processes, as well as analyze business performance and departmental spending. The role involves developing an understanding of the business to create relevant reporting for management decision-making, aiming to maximize profitable growth. The candidate will be actively involved in process improvements related to forecasting, planning, and finance systems and tools, driving processes to deliver business insights and partnering with leaders to enhance planning, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.

Essential Skills

Experience in financial analysis within the manufacturing industry.

Proficiency in ERP software and variance analysis.

Knowledge of KPI, P&L analysis, and experience with complex budgets across multiple departments.

Direct Finance / FP&A experience.

Experience presenting financials to executives.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with a preference for Finance.

Proficiency in Power BI and Hyperion Essbase.

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Albany, Oregon. To be considered, applicants must be willing to commute to Albany or relocate.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00 / yr.
