Job Description
Under the general direction of the Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Experience, this position directs the development, implementation, and management of Metro State University's Human Resources department, including employee relations, HR operations, payroll and benefits, talent acquisition, compensation & classification, and performance management. The position directs and supervises the work and performance of HR professional staff and facilitates an inclusive, collaborative, and results-oriented culture with a focus on continuous improvement.
Salary Range : $64,310- $94,141
