We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team! You will be responsible for using Mastercam to program CNC mills & lathes (1-3 Axis).

Job Duties :

• Using Mastercam to write & modify CNC programs from engineering designs & prints to direct machines in producing precise parts, using OmniTurn, Tormach & FANUC Control (1-3 Axis).
• Selecting the appropriate tools, materials, and processes based on the design requirements and material properties.
• Configuring and calibrating CNC machines by setting up the correct tooling, fixtures, and machine parameters.
• Running simulations to ensure that the program works as intended and / or making adjustments to optimize efficiency & precision.
• Diagnosing and correcting issues with the program and / or machine during operation and optimizing cutting paths, speeds & feeds to improve productivity and quality.
• Maintaining detailed records of programs, setups, and machine parameters for future reference and compliance with industry standards.
• Working closely with machinists and other team members to ensure that the final product meets all specifications and quality standards, including inspecting the finished parts to ensure they meet the required tolerances & specifications.
• Ensuring that all operations comply with safety standards and regulations, minimizing risks associated with CNC machine operations.
• Perform other related duties, as assigned.
