Overview

Software Implementation Consultant (TS / SCI clearance with FSP) – Avature offers customizable software solutions for HR programs, including recruiting and retention of employees and contingent workers. The implementation process is key to delivering tailored solutions for enterprise customers. Responsibilities

• Take a leading role in the customer-facing implementation of strategic HR projects for large multinational companies.
• Analyze and understand business needs to contribute to Avature's commercial strategy.
• Develop deep product knowledge and provide feedback to product design to improve best-practice designs and the knowledge base.
• Ensure high-quality implementations and adherence to project standards by reviewing and providing feedback on the work of implementation associates.
• Assist in leading the implementation of Avature software for government projects, outlining tasks, deliverables, dependencies, timelines, risks, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Gain insight into customer requirements and work with commercial services teams to manage scope and project costs.
• Conduct on-site or virtual workshops to validate requirements and gain consensus on project scope and plan.
• Design solutions within the Avature platform and demonstrate them to customers, gathering feedback and assisting with user acceptance testing.
• Configure and deploy Avature solutions based on customer requirements, including modeling objects, customizing core elements, and creating workflows.
• Coordinate with multiple technical services teams to address data migration, integrations, data analytics, engineering, cloud services, and portal design; channel requests for modifications or bug resolution.
