The Manager of Talent Acquisition Health Services will lead the strategic execution of recruitment efforts across clinical and executive recruitment. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this leader will drive inclusive and proactive hiring strategies that attract diverse, high-performing talent to IEHP. The Manager will foster a high-touch, full-cycle recruitment experience while modeling integrity, accountability, and productivity. In collaboration with the Director, this role is responsible for developing and sustaining effective recruitment tactics to fill a wide range of positions and support IEHP's mission and values.

Education & Requirements
Minimum of five (5) or more years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role, including developing sourcing strategies for difficult and hard-to-fill positionsAt least two (2) years in leadership roles within HR and / or Talent Acquisition as a manager, supervisor, or lead with direct oversight of team performanceExperience with internet sourcing, recruitment branding / marketing, and tracking social recruitment ROIProven success in managing both clinical and executive recruitment functions, especially for hard-to-fill rolesExperience working within a managed care organization or health planAbility to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managersHands-on approach and willingness to assist as a full-cycle recruiter to support critical hiring needs and team prioritiesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field requiredIn lieu of the degree, a minimum of eight (8) years of additional relevant work experience is requiredProfessional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferredAIRS Recruiter Certification is preferredKey Qualifications
