We are looking for an Entry Level / Jr Estimator to Join our Team in Troy, MI!

C.E. Gleeson Constructors, Inc is a Construction Management Firm based out of Troy, MI with a nationwide presence.

We are family owned, and boast a rich 100+ Year History filled with success!

Role Description Includes, but is not limited to :

  • Subcontractor Qualifications
  • Review Blueprints from Architects
  • Assist with Bid Packages & Submittals
  • Review & Perform Take Offs
  • Bid Solicitations
  • Maintaining Sub Relations & Onboarding
  • Subcontractor Outreach in Prospective Areas
  • Various Other Estimating Tasks as Assigned / Earned

Qualifications :

  • Strong MS Office Skills
  • Aptitude, or ability to learn BlueBeam
  • Knowledge & Experience with Contracts
  • Knowledge & Experience with Qualifications
  • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
  • Ability to Stay Organized & Meet Deadlines in a Fast Paced Environment
  • Self Motivated, Team Player
