Our diverse team of over 250 professionals operates in numerous lucrative markets across North America. We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient operation of our office and supporting our professionals in their daily activities. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in sustaining our high levels of client service and operational effectiveness, contributing to the continued success of NADG's real estate ventures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of documents and presentations for meetings and stakeholder engagements.
  • Coordinate scheduling for meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper, to ensure efficient document retrieval.
  • Handle correspondence accurately and promptly, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Support project management by tracking timelines, deadlines, and deliverables as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and assist in the onboarding of new team members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving, with a positive attitude toward teamwork and collaboration.
