The Job :

As a Distribution Center Supervisor, you'll provide leadership and development of direct reports, designate workload for associates, maintain the quality standards and meet daily production goals in Fontana, CA. Specifically, you'll :

• Ensure safety of employees via active safety culture management, policy enforcement, and assisting in developing improvements to our business
• Maintain a personnel structure and staffing level to accomplish the department's mission in an effective and efficient manner
• Plans and coordinates work by performing time studies, cost analysis, prototype builds or other means as necessary
• Trains and motivates; monitors and evaluates performance of associates in the department
• Ensures associates ability to safely operate material handling equipment to move materials to and from storage configurations
