This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on design, guiding customer journey mapping, interaction modeling, and prototyping. You will mentor and inspire design teams, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and shape experiences that are functional, beautiful, and accessible. Accountabilities

• Lead end-to-end UX strategy for websites, apps, and interactive platforms, integrating accessibility and inclusivity
• Translate business requirements and user research into clear experience strategies, interaction models, and actionable design deliverables
• Mentor and guide team members in design thinking, UX best practices, and accessibility-first approaches
• Collaborate with researchers, strategists, copywriters, designers, and developers to prototype, test, and validate solutions
• Drive usability testing and apply insights to iterate and refine products
• Maintain consistency, clarity, and craft across all digital touchpoints
• Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and technologies to elevate the UX practice
