We are a growing personal injury law firm in Springfield, VA that serves clients in Virginia, D.C. and Maryland. We are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney . The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, attention to detail and be a team player. The job will include lots of client interaction, settlement negotiations, discovery and handling General District Court and Circuit Court Litigation.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with clients and manage casework related to personal injury matters.
  • Conduct settlement negotiations and participate in discovery.
  • Handle General District Court and Circuit Court Litigation as appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a Personal Injury background.
  • VA Bar required; MD and DC bars a plus.
  • Defense or Plaintiff background; deposition and trial experience preferred.
