We’re looking for a Director of Prefabrication to bring technical expertise, leadership, and vision to our growing team. What You’ll Do Lead with Impact – Manage and mentor engineers, foremen, warehouse staff, and installation crews. Drive Excellence – Oversee design, coordination, prefabrication, and commissioning for cutting-edge hydronic systems. Own the Process – From BIM / VDC collaboration to just-in-time material logistics and jobsite implementation, you’ll ensure every detail is executed flawlessly. Keep Projects on Track – Balance budgets, schedules, and performance, ensuring hydronics deliverables align with major project milestones. Champion Safety & Quality – Set the tone for excellence on every site and every system. What We’re Looking For 10+ years of hydronic systems experience (design through commissioning). Proven leadership of cross-functional teams on large HVAC projects. Strong background in prefabrication, logistics, and system installation. Hands-on problem solver with the ability to make real-time field decisions. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (preferred).
