Location : Golden Valley, MN (Hybrid Schedule) this role requires weekly onsite presence in Golden Valley, MN. Only local applicants in Minnesota will be eligible for consideration.

Pay Rate : $27.50$33 / hr dependent on applicable experience

Benefits : This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Our client, a respected and growing organization in the Golden Valley area, is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join their dynamic accounting team. Responsibilities

• Process and code invoices with accuracy and timeliness
• Perform 3-way match and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams
• Prepare and process weekly ACH and check runs
• Maintain vendor accounts, statements, and documentation
• Support month-end close through accruals, reconciliations, and reporting
• Assist with process improvements and AP automation initiatives
• Provide support for audits and compliance requests as needed
