Administrative Assistant
The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative support directly to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement (VPIA) and for the division which is expected to include, but not be limited to, completion and processing of appointment paperwork, authorizations to recruit (ATRs), tracking of evaluation calendars, oversight of the Vice President's calendar, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and managing office supply inventory and procurement processes. Assisting with all aspects of preparing the Vice President for extensive travel is also a crucial part of this role, including recording contact information and detailed reports for visits completed by the Vice President. This position will also serve as the Administrative Assistant for the Plattsburgh College Foundation (PCF) including the scheduling of meetings, preparing and distribution of agendas, and recording and finalizing meeting minutes. The processing of all PCF and PAA expense forms and requests for disbursement from PCF and PAA accounts and the maintenance of files (electronic and paper) for the division is also included. This position will function as the primary clerical support for the division of Institutional Advancement, including direct support for the Vice President (VPIA), ensuring the smooth operation of the division's daily activities.
