Key Responsibilities :

Deliver exceptional table service with professionalism, attention to detail, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Present menu items and cocktails knowledgeably, including daily specials and signature dishes.

Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.

Handle guest requests, concerns, and feedback with poise and a positive attitude.

Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Assist with setting up and breaking down stations, maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Uphold Yamashiro Miami’s elevated standards, including etiquette, presentation, and luxury service.

Requirements :

Experience : Minimum 1–2 years in fine dining, upscale restaurants, or high-volume hospitality.

Knowledge : Familiarity with Japanese cuisine, sushi service, and / or elevated cocktail programs is a plus.

Skills :

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Ability to lift trays, plates, and equipment as needed.

Positive attitude, polished appearance, and attention to detail.

Commitment to providing exceptional, high-end service.

Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
