We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This is a long-term contract position within the manufacturing industry, offering an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will excel at managing inbound calls and providing exceptional service while handling customer inquiries and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly to inbound customer calls, ensuring accurate information is provided and issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with great attention to detail.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed to support customer or team requirements.
  • Process orders and handle order entry tasks to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Communicate effectively through email correspondence to address customer needs and follow up on pending matters.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation, reporting, and other administrative purposes.
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality and accuracy in all interactions, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced call center environment while staying organized and meeting performance targets.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role, with a focus on managing inbound and outbound calls.
  • Strong proficiency in data entry and the ability to maintain detailed and accurate records.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in email correspondence.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Ability to handle order entry and scheduling appointments with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
