Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls across departmentsEngage with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate infoLog calls, appointments, and follow-ups in the CRM systemStay up to date on products, promos, and policies to better assist customersManage spreadsheets and navigate multiple tabs / screensSchedule and confirm appointmentsReport missed opportunities or escalations to managementCollaborate with the team to deliver a great customer experienceAssist with special projects as neededQualifications
